OpenLoop Debuts Launchpad: Virtual Care Programs Live in as Little as 24 Hours

Telehealth infrastructure company OpenLoop has launched Launchpad, a platform it says can take a virtual care program from contract to live patients in as little as 24 hours — compressing what has traditionally been a months-long implementation cycle of clinician credentialing, state licensure mapping, and compliance setup.

OpenLoop's core business is white-label infrastructure: it provides the clinician networks, licensing coverage, and back-end operations that let digital health brands, employers, and pharma programs offer care under their own name. Launchpad productizes that machinery.

The launch is one move in a visibly acquisitive year. OpenLoop acquired food-as-medicine company Season Health in April — extending into nutrition-based chronic care just as GLP-1-adjacent demand lifts the category — and separately acquired AI communications startup Hey Revia, while adding a partnership with Happy Sleep to expand into sleep diagnostics.

The strategic read: as venture funding concentrates and point solutions consolidate, the infrastructure layer is racing to become the default way new virtual care programs get built. Speed to launch is the wedge; the acquisitions fill in the clinical services those launches will need.
